project design from programming inception through final
project close-out. His specific project experience has been
focused on technical development and documentation of medical
facilities for both new and renovation projects. Mr. Paloutzian
has extensive experience with city and state agencies involved
with healthcare projects. His cooperative approach to agency
involvement results in proactive communication and problem
solving, avoiding adversarial relationships and promoting
team building. His recent project experience includes the
Kanbar Cardiac Center for California Pacific Medical Center.
