BFHL performed a facilities assessment for this 24,000 square feet office building to convert the building to medical offices, and perform facilities and ADA upgrades to better position the building in the market. Initial projects include lobby, hallway, and toilet room upgrades, ADA upgrades, and the first new medical suite. BFHL worked closely with the client, a real estate broker, and the city to ensure timely agency acceptance and approvals, and developing leasing plans and strategies.
