This project created a 42,000 square foot integrated Cancer Center on the first two floors of an existing 3-story office building in Pleasant Hill. The entire first and second floor tenant spaces were reconfigured to accommodate multiple tenants. The building features a new porte cochere and support spaces, with services including medical oncology, imaging, and radiation therapy. The project was planned for four linear accelerator vaults and the future conversion of the 23,000 square foot third floor for related uses.
